01
We make the AI recognize you
We build your business as a clear entity: consistent details across the web, knowledge-graph signals, and the structured data that tells engines exactly who you are and what you do. So when a customer asks, the AI knows you're a real, relevant option.
02
We make your content quotable
AI lifts short, factual, well-structured passages into its answers. We rewrite your key pages so yours is the easiest, most citable source on your topic. So your expertise is what the AI repeats to your customers.
03
We get you into the sources AI trusts
Engines pull from third-party sites: reviews, directories, Reddit, editorial. We get your business named in the places each engine reads in your market. So you're recommended wherever your customers' questions get answered.
04
We measure and repeat
We track your visibility across every engine, week over week, see what moved, and keep pushing the signals that get you named. So visibility keeps compounding into more enquiries, month after month.
What is generative engine optimization?
Generative engine optimization (GEO) is the practice of making a business appear — accurately and prominently — in answers generated by AI engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews. Where SEO targets ranked links, GEO targets the answer itself.
How is this different from SEO?
SEO earns you a link on a results page someone may or may not click. GEO earns you a mention inside the AI's answer — and AI increasingly returns a single recommendation rather than ten links. They overlap, but being strong at one doesn't guarantee the other.
How do you measure AI visibility?
We score five signals across a set of real buying-intent questions: presence, prominence, accuracy and sentiment, citation strength, and competitive gap. Each is scored per engine, then rolled up into a single AI Visibility Score from 0 to 100.
What do you actually change to fix it?
Four levers: entity presence (making the AI recognize your business as a real, consistent entity), structured data (schema that tells engines what you do and where), content (pages written to be quoted directly), and source coverage (showing up on the third-party sites engines trust in your market).
How long until it works?
Some fixes — schema, profile and listing corrections — can shift answers within weeks. Building durable presence in trusted sources takes longer. The audit tells you which wins are quick and which are structural, so nothing is guesswork.
Do you work outside South Africa?
Yes. We work with businesses in South Africa, the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia. The questions we test and the trust signals we look for are localized to each market, the way a customer actually phrases it there.
