You’re welcome to read, share and link to our content. Please don’t:
- use the site or its forms for anything unlawful, or to send spam or harmful code

The free visibility check and free audit
- They’re free and there’s no obligation. You don’t have to buy anything, and we won’t pressure you to.
- One per business. We may decline a request, for example if it isn’t for a real business, or if the business is one we can’t ethically help.
- They’re a snapshot. AI engines and search results change constantly and can differ by location, device and wording. Your score and audit reflect what we observed when we ran them, using the questions we chose. They aren’t a permanent or complete measurement.
- They’re guidance, not a guarantee. Our findings are our professional opinion. How you act on them is up to you.
Paid services
If you hire us, the scope, deliverables, fees, payment terms, timelines and cancellation terms will be set out in a written proposal or agreement. If that agreement and these terms ever conflict, the agreement wins.
No guaranteed rankings or AI mentions
Search engines and AI platforms are run by third parties who decide, on their own, what to show and whom to recommend. No honest agency can guarantee a particular ranking, a map-pack position, or a mention in an AI answer, and we don’t.
The results on this site are real results from past engagements. They show what’s possible, not what every business will get. Your results depend on your market, competition, website, reviews and many factors outside our control.
Other companies’ names and platforms
ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google, Google AI Overviews, Claude and other product names we mention are trademarks of their owners. We’re an independent agency. We aren’t affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with those companies unless we say so. Client names appear on this site with permission.
Intellectual property
- Our content: the text, design, graphics, method and code of this website belong to us or our licensors.
- Your materials: anything you send us (such as logos, content and data) stays yours. You let us use it only to provide the check, the audit or the work you’ve asked for.
- Your audit report: it’s yours to use within your business and to share with your team or advisers. Please don’t resell it or publish it as your own methodology.
Links to other websites
We link to other sites where that’s useful. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Liability
We work hard to keep this site accurate and available, but it’s provided “as is”. We can’t promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or lost business) arising from your use of this site, the free check or the free audit. Our total liability for the free services is limited to R1,000. Liability for paid work is set out in your agreement.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, or other laws that can’t be excluded. Nor does it limit liability for our fraud, gross negligence, or anything else the law doesn’t allow us to exclude.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its “last updated” date, is the one that applies to your use of the site from then on.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of the Western Cape, unless the law of your own country gives you the right to use your local courts.
